Shawn is a co-founder of NovoCAD Solutions LLC.
With over 12 years of product development experience in aviation refueling, LED lighting and Telecom, Shawn is focused on developing products from the conceptual stage through manufacturing.
Holding over 10 utility and design patents he has experience designing parts using a broad spectrum of manufacturing methods.
While not working Shawn enjoys lifting weights, playing video and board games, watching football, and traveling.

Julius Gordea
Julius is a co-founder of NovoCAD Solutions LLC.
With over 15 years of product development and quality assurance experience in automotive, electronic packaging and Telecom, Julius has a broad knowledge of engineering principles contributing to all aspects of design engineering from conceptual design to testing and implementation of finished product.
Holding 3 patents with many more pending, Julius has in depth knowledge of sheet metal design and fabrication processes, plastic injection molding, die casting and sintering of metallic powder.
Originally from Transilvania Romania, Julius enjoys travelling and he’s very passionate about history and ancient engineering. For sports he follows closely Formula 1 and rugby.
